Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Erve Asto will be the centre of attention when Heracles and Ajax face each other in an eagerly-awaited Eredivisie game. Heracles are stuck in the danger zone with only 19 points on their account and it is no wonder the bookies see them as underdogs in Saturday’s encounter. Fit-again forward Jizz Hornkamp is pushing for a start after scoring as a substitute against FC Volendam, while all Lasse Wehmeyer, Anas Ouahim, Diego van Oorschot, and Nikolai Laursen remain in the treatment room.
The Amsterdammers, on the other hand, are eager to move closer to the Champions League berth. Summer signing Jordan Henderson is likely to make his Ajax debut against Heracles and given their excellent performance in a 4-1 win over RKC, away triumph should be considered. Tristan Gooijer limped off with injury in the last league match, with fellow defender Anton Gaaei likely to step up.
