Roma will be aiming to make amends for a 2-0 loss to Juventus when they host Udinese at their Stadio Olimpico on Sunday. The Giallorossi produce much better showings at home than on the travels, with the team eyeing their third consecutive triumph on home soil in the national championship. Edin Dzeko should be recalled to the starting XI after returning to the squad at the weekend, while Zaniolo and Smalling are both sidelined with injuries.
The Zebrette, on the other hand, have been totally unpredictable in the 2020/21 season, but they head into the match following back-to-back wins over Spezia and Verona. Udinese have been impressive at the back of late, but preventing Roma attackers from scoring at Stadio Olimpico is easier said than done. Kalinic signed a four-year deal with Fiorentina on 15 August, 2015 and he impressed in the 2015/2016 Serie A campaign, scoring 12 goals in 36 games. The Fiorentina striker made two appearances for Croatia at the 2016 European Championship in France and it has to be noted that he found the net in a 2-1 win over Spain in the group stages of the competition.
